MCX0019:Can only clean one dialyzer automatically.

 

Dialyzer reprocessing machine is the main device for hospital to sterilize, clean, test and affuse reusable dialyzer used in hemodialysis treatment. And can just been used in hospital only.

Characteristics:

1.Reverse ultrafiltration rinsing way can recover the blood volume efficiently and can clean more deeply.
2.Accurate and efficient testing of TCV and blood leak reflects directly the situation of reprocessing, thus assure the safety of the whole course.
3.Rinsing, cleaning, testing and disinfectant affusion can be done respectively or together. It can meet different requirements.
4.Running evacuation before affusion to prevent re-dilution of disinfectant.
5. Special design of concentration detection ensures the accuracy of disinfectant and safety of disinfection.
6. Human oriented design of touch control LCD screen makes the operation easily.
7.Press one button and the whole reprocessing works automatically.

Procedure of reusing processing:

1st step: Rinse-Using R.O water to rinse dialyzer;
2nd step: Clean-Using disinfectant to clean dialyzer;
3rd step: Test- Testing blood chamber capacity of dialyzer and whether the
membrane is broken or not;
4th step: Disinfect-Using disinfectant to affuse dialyzer;
